Victoria leads business development and account relations for the Life Sciences division.

Victoria brings over 20 years of industry experience to Tandym Group. Having held various leadership positions at life sciences staffing firms, including Randstad Pharma, she has helped many clients streamline their talent acquisition process through her individualized approach.

“A strategy that works for one company might not work for another, so I always consider each client’s big picture goals,” says Victoria. “From workplace culture to the skillset in demand, there are many unique factors to consider. As a result, I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level to ensure I propose a solution that is aligned with their specific needs.”

Victoria shares a passion for outdoor adventure with her husband and four children. She has a soft spot for all animals and enjoys helping young adults achieve their full potential.
