As Senior Vice President of Tandym Tech, Sean plays a pivotal role in the division’s market strategy—providing strategic guidance and direction to members of his team, while identifying opportunities to better serve our clients. Sean joined Tandym Group in August of 2022 with the acquisition of Longford & Company—a Boston-based technology consulting and executive search company.

Prior to joining Tandym Group, Sean spent 20+ years of his career working in the Technology Consulting and Search business. In 2012, Sean founded Longford & Company—where he focused on hiring internal talent to provide the best service to executives and consultants. He was lucky enough to have had some great mentors early on in his career who taught him that there is nothing more important than building meaningful relationships in business and life. This life lesson is the foundation for Sean’s success.

Sean attended Roger Williams University. He currently resides in Boston and in his free time enjoys every moment he has hanging out with his children.
