Melissa leads strategic planning and growth initiatives, operations and recruitment strategies for Tandym Life Sciences.

Melissa joined Tandym Group in 2018 with over 20 years of recruitment and staffing experience. Specializing in pharmaceuticals research and development, Melissa previously held various leadership positions at Randstad Pharma, where she built the division’s national and global recruitment teams from the ground up.

Known for her relationship-driven approach, Melissa is committed to maintaining the highest levels of service for her clients—a practice she instills in her team. “I believe in facilitating a team environment that values innovation, service and delivery, and enthusiasm,” she says.

Melissa and her husband have three children. In addition to spending time with friends and family, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and giving back to the community through her volunteer efforts.
