Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Tandym Group, Heather oversees the company’s Business Operations, Compliance, Legal, Fulfillment, and Field Staff Concierge teams. She is responsible for building scalable operations across the business to support the needs of our clients and candidates as we grow.
Prior to joining Tandym Group, Heather spent more than 20 years in various business operations roles, translating strategy into execution. She is a driven executive, and action-oriented decision maker with experience executing structured and technology-enabled growth strategies.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. She currently resides in Virginia with her husband and three daughters. In her free time, she is a triathlete and loves to cook.
