As Vice President of the Professional Services team, Lorraine is responsible for overseeing a team and building out our business on the west coast.

Lorraine is passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with people. Prior to joining Tandym Group, Lorraine spent 20 years in the staffing space—leading teams of salespeople and recruiters, while growing existing business by helping clients with their hiring needs.

She holds a Bachelor of Communications from California State University, Fullerton and currently resides in Huntington Beach, CA. Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys traveling with her daughter, shopping, baking, riding her bike at the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
