As a Senior Vice President within Tandym Group's Health division, Katie has played a key role in leading the division's success. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has worked tirelessly to develop new markets for the firm, most notably the Connecticut market, and has been instrumental in building the division into one of the largest of its kind in the Tri-State area. Katie has ascended to her leadership role quickly after showing immediate promise in business development and client relations.

Katie is also a founding member of Tandym Group's Women’s Network, an Employee Resource Group that not only seeks to foster support and collaboration between female employees, but also facilitates partnerships with related nonprofit organizations throughout the year.

She received a Bachelor's Degree from Tulane University, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in Marketing and Latin American Studies, and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband and daughters.
